Our gym closed, so today we took it out to the football field for some good ole suicides.

Recovery day!! I woke up today with the intentions of giving myself an "off-day", but then I felt that I should try to run & stretch to loosen up the lactic acid build up inside my legs from the previous couple days of hard work. So, instead, today was an active recovery day!
